Pattern, Text and Color Wheel All Rolled up into One Project

This assignment involves looking that the element of patterns and design while creating three dimensional text.  What better way that to create some kind of illuminated manuscript painting and oh, by the way lets practice our color wheel mixing into the stew.  While experimenting with this wee looked at pattern creation of Zentangle  Pattern Design with our text.  Here I created two color wheel Zentangle samplers that I was not completely happy with.  Then I threw caution to the wind and created the final work which is a painting for the Idea of Peace.  The tree grew out of the letter P and the design took on a life of it's own and developed into this whimsical painting.
